On Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 4:14 PM EST, PT Law’s Jason Poblete will be a guest on “Zona Política con Helen Aguirre,” a public affairs talk show broadcast nationally on the Univision Radio network.

Hosted by award-winning journalist Helen Aguirre, the two-hour program discusses the “news of the day and offers a lively national forum for dialogue and debate.” Zona Política is broadcast daily from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST.

Poblete and Aguirre will discuss the legal and public policy impact of recent reports that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had pressed other federal agencies to have one of the Boston terrorists placed under stricter U.S. government observation.  According to a recent POLITICO story:

 “The CIA shared all the information provided by the foreign government including two possible dates of birth, his name and a possible name variant as well. No information was incorrectly entered in the watchlisting system, and all the information was shared precisely as the foreign government provided it,” the intelligence official told POLITICO.
